Our theme for 2024 is Protect this Place and Dr. Holly Barker, Ph.D was the first person who came to mind. Her work with students and as a curator at the Burke Museum reminds and inspires us all to fight for a safer, cleaner future. By surfacing Hanford's global connections and impacts, she is catalyzing an intersectional movement for environmental protection that protects and centers frontline communities.
